    Meeting Details.
    We will do a quick presentation overview of our department structure, our relationship with the City of Mason, and training that we provide to our associates. We will conduct a tour as well of the security department and safety department. A timeline is provided below.

    1800 – 1810: Welcome and Snack in the Security Squad Room ( 6 pm)
    1810 – 1830: Presentation (6:10- 6:30)
    1830 – 1910: Physical Tour (6:30 – 7:10)
    1910 – 1920: Questions (7:10 โ€“ 7:20)
    ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS:

    When you arrive, please enter via One Team Way and park in the handicap lot. Then walk to Security Post 3 beside the Human Resource building. From there, an officer will escort you to the meeting area.

    This year “Light Up Ohio Blue” is May 14-20. Please make sure you change your white light bulbs to BLUE.
    Light Ohio Blue is a statewide campaign to honor law enforcement officers who have died in the line of duty.
    Light Ohio Blue also strives to show support to the currently serving law enforcement personnel who protect our communities throughout our great state.

    Itโ€™s OVI checkpoint time May 19, 2023. We need two volunteers for two shifts. 7-9pm and 9-11pm. One volunteer will count cars and the other will be taking notes if the police have a diversion. Please arrive about 15 minutes early for your shift. Volunteers can call Jackie Patrick at 513-476-0948 for more information. Location to be announced.

    Our May program meeting is underway, We are excited to welcome Tom Synan of the Newtown Police Department.
    His presentation will offer a look into the opioid crisis as well as the Hamilton County Addiction Response Coalition Steering Committee
    The program is May 24th @6pm at the West Chester Police Dept.

    We are looking for walkers for the Memorial Day parade. Activities begin at 10am on May 29th. The Memorial Day Parade is a walking parade that follows
    Cincinnati Dayton Road south through the historic Olde West Chester district. A special ceremony immediately follows the parade at West Chester Cemetery
    (a.k.a. Brookside Cemetery), where 800 Veterans are laid to rest. More information to follow.
