  • Reach Out Lakota Back to School Fair, with Child ID

    Reach Out Lakota is holding a Back to School Fair and would like us to participate with Child ID.  We were present last year and there was a wonderful response to our attendance.  The details are as follows:

    What:  Reach Out Lakota Back to School Fair

    When:  Saturday, August 11th

    Time:  9 am to 2 pm

    Where:  Journey Church, 7974 Barrett Road, West Chester

    Four volunteers are needed to work the computers and two volunteers to handle the paperwork and measurements.  If you would like to volunteer, please use the link below to sign up on our website.

    If you canโ€™t work the full time or would prefer just a few hours, please let me know and I will accommodate you.  Currently, the 2 pm end time of the event is tentative.  And we could always commit to a shorter timeframe.

  • 2nd Annual Picnic!

    Alumni Members,

    You are cordially invited to join us for our 2nd Annual WCCPAAA Potluck Picnic!  This event will take place in lieu of our monthly program meeting and will be held at Keehner Park at the Amphitheater Shelter on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 from 6PM – 8PM.

     

    Join fellow alumni members, and officers from the West Chester Police Department for food, fellowship and fun!

     

    *In the event of rain, the picnic will take place in the training room at the police department (where we normally meet for program meetings).

     

    Please support this event by signing up to bring an item below to be shared.  All donations are asked to arrive by 5:45PM; ready to serve for the 6PM start.  Looking forward to seeing many of you there!  Thank you.

     

    6-8 servings needed for each of the following items:

     

    7 Main Dishes (Example: cooked hot dogs, brats, fried chicken) – Hamburgers will be donated

    5 Side dishes (Example: corn on the cob, baked beans, lasagna, chili)

    5 Salads (Example: garden, pasta, broccoli)

    2 Fruit Trays

    5 Desserts (Example: cakes, cookies, pies, brownies)

     

    Beverages:

    3 cases of regular soda (12-packs)

    3 cases of diet soda (12-packs)

      

    Paper Goods:

    Table Napkins 500

    Disposable Dinner Plates (plastic or styrofoam) 200

    Disposable Dessert Plates (paper or plastic) 200

    Plastic Cups (16 oz) 200

    Heavy Duty Plastic Forks 200

    Heavy Duty Plastic Spoons 200

    Heavy Duty Plastic Knives 200

     

    Condiments:

    Picnic pack of Ketchup, Mustard, Relish

     

    Other:

    Chips (individual bags or large bag)

    Pretzels
