Alumni Members,
You are cordially invited to join us for our 2nd Annual WCCPAAA Potluck Picnic! This event will take place in lieu of our monthly program meeting and will be held at Keehner Park at the Amphitheater Shelter on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 from 6PM – 8PM.
Join fellow alumni members, and officers from the West Chester Police Department for food, fellowship and fun!
*In the event of rain, the picnic will take place in the training room at the police department (where we normally meet for program meetings).
Please support this event by signing up to bring an item below to be shared. All donations are asked to arrive by 5:45PM; ready to serve for the 6PM start. Looking forward to seeing many of you there! Thank you.
6-8 servings needed for each of the following items:
7 Main Dishes (Example: cooked hot dogs, brats, fried chicken) – Hamburgers will be donated
5 Side dishes (Example: corn on the cob, baked beans, lasagna, chili)
5 Salads (Example: garden, pasta, broccoli)
2 Fruit Trays
5 Desserts (Example: cakes, cookies, pies, brownies)

3 cases of regular soda (12-packs)
3 cases of diet soda (12-packs)
