July 7th Annual Bike Rally
We will need either a committee or some people willing to solicit vendors for this event. The first meeting will be held on March 20th from 2 – 3 p.m. at West Chester Hospital in conference room 2231. This meeting is to meet with this year’s CPAAA planning volunteers so we can come up with a game plan. The planning volunteers will reach out to get volunteers for the actual event at a later time. Volunteers for this event will be working hand-in-hand with Officer Jonathan Lawless from UC Health Police as well as West Chester Police Dept. I will need volunteers for this event sent to me prior to the March 20th meeting.
