General meeting at the police department. We have a speaker from Homeland Security. The Department of Homeland Security works to improve the security of the United States. The Department’s work includes customs, border, and immigration enforcement, emergency response to natural and man made disasters, anti-terrorism work, and cybersecurity. They will present an overview and the major programmatic areas in which they work.
